Shipping Information


We strive to get to your orders ready and get them shipped ASAP. It can take up to 5-7 business days during peek season and holidays. However, that is not usual for us. Have a grateful day and thank you for allowing us to serve you.

Please understand, once a package leaves our facility, you are emailed a tracking number. It becomes the shipping company’s liability to safely deliver the package to you. Once a package is delivered, it is the customer’s liability. With this in mind, please be sure your packages are shipped to a location where a trusted individual can receive them safely. Again, we strongly recommend to NOT ship packages to an unsecure location where they are left unattended for any amount of time.

During this time of year, theft of packages goes up dramatically. Due to this, we strongly recommend you ship all packages to a location you know will be secure. Unfortunately, your front porch and/or mailbox cannot be considered secure even if you have had no incidences thus far. A secure location is one where there is somebody there to receive the package or in a locked mailbox.

YOUR SHOPPING CART DOES NOT RESERVE ITEMS. If you place items in your shopping cart, and leave them there, there is a chance they will sell out before you place the order. You also don’t want to run the risk of your order disappearing completely.
